It's not Slavonic. from the letters and chomp through the name of the crooner, it looks Georgian.
2. I believe the singer's designation might be Otar Ramishvili. Uncontrollable don't know anything about him...you might want to try placard this in the non-classified construction section.

I don't trust dmoz to translate. I wondered too because Frankie's title was "Otar Ramishvili - Martis tvea sheni" so perhaps the "tv" get ready of translation comes from "tvea", even if that's not justness real meaning of the consultation.
